Rothiemurcus Adventure Training Camp

5th - 12th July 2003  -- 8 Cadets from 102sqn joined 40 other cadets from throughout Aberdeen Wing for the wings largest ever Adventure Training Camp at Rothiemurcus Lodge near Aviemore.

Activities available during the week included kayaking, mountain biking, high and low level hill walking and rock climbing. The cadets also completed two conservation projects during the week, helping the local ranger service plot the position of ant hills in the local woodland, and helping transport fencing materials into the foothills of the Cairngorms for improvements to the reindeer enclosures.
