From the link below you can download the shareware version of a program I have written for the Psion 3a Only which is called "ScoreCard". It should run on any 3a, or 3c (not Siena, though).

It turns your Psion into a portable "scoreboard", tally or counting machine! Use ScoreCard for Counting and Scoring...

Counting Bird Species	Exam mark groups
Monitoring Traffic	Counting Samples

…then export data to "Spreadsheet" for Analysis, or "Database" for Storage. The main features are listed below:

• Up to 100 counts can be stored in 10 banks.
• Any score can be increased or decreased by any amount.
• Any score can be increased or decreased by at most 2 keypresses.
• Scores can be stored in files, following usual 3a conventions.
• Scores can be exported to "Data"or "Spreadsheet" directly, allowing analysis or further storage.
• Score sets can be periodically snap-shotted to allow analysis over time (registered version only).
