Kaine's is the easiest of the elements to find:

1. Go to the main hall of the temple and face the altar. Head to your left and you will be faced with a door, locked by a pair of skeletal hands.
2. Unlock the door by prising the fingers of the hands until Kaine's symbols are revealed.
3. Operate the stairs/lift, taking you upwards to the mine area.
4. Look through the telescope at the lump of earth (note any symbols shown).
5. At the panel beside the mine car, press the button with the correct symbol.
6. Touch the earth.
