1. In the library, touch the maps to reveal a secret passage.
2. At the end of the passage, turn the plate on the door so that the figure's head is pointing to Malveaux's symbol.
3. Now, go outside the temple and locate the sundial. Remove the spindle.
4. Insert the spindle into the dial in Malveaux's lab. Turn the dial so that the shadow is cast on Malveaux's symbol.
5. Enter the chamber revealed and pick up the mirror.
6. Hang the mirror in various positions until you spot a flame that stands out from the rest.
7. Work out which flame is indicated and touch it.
