A dedicated team of staff ensures delivery of the Northern Ireland curriculum. The Principal is Mr. F. Thompson. There are two Vice Principals who teach P6 and P2 respectively. Twenty three other full time members of staff ensure a broad and balanced delivery of the Northern Ireland curriculum, with two further part time teachers. There are three members of the administration team.
The Special Needs team has three full time staff and one part time staff. There is an Art specialist teacher who takes all P4 to P7 classes.
There are three of each year group throughout the school.
There are three classroom assistants, twelve supervisory assistants, six canteen staff, seven caretaking and cleaning staff, and one patrol lady.
Mr. D. Hutchinson was appointed the new principal of Elmgrove Primary School on 1st January 2001. He was principal of Seaview Primary School where he has been for seven years and was Vice Principal and Principal of Forthriver.
