Minibeast Hunt P6SL's Minibeast Hunt

Looking in the Hedge Trees At Front of School Looking in the Wood Looking in the Trees Looking Looking At Pond

On one science day in September, Mr Livingston's class went on a minibeast hunt. First, we looked in the hedges out side the Art room and we found some spiders. Then, we went to the grassy slope (We had to go down slowly because the grass was slippy!) We looked at some trees and found more spiders and daddy longlegs .Then we looked at some leaves and found an orange spider . Then we looked under a rock, and found a slug. (We all had jars to catch them in, but nobody caught the slug.) Then we had to go up the slope. Carolyn found lots of woodlice. We went to the little garden in the middle of the school. We got more spiders and a daddy long legs. We needed to go in so we had to go back to class. We wrote down some things about the minibeasts that we caught.
