RESOURCES: UK AND IRELAND

These are the resources I know both exist and are prepared to have their existence announced on the web.
But I often find I don't know as much as I thought I did.
So if I've got anything wrong / missed anybody out, email chrisdub@ukonline.co.uk.

Mermaids Family support group for children and teenagers with gender identity issues.

Contact Info:

What is it?
  • 'Mermaids' is a support group formed by a group of parents, all bringing a child to a gender identity clinic, who were brought together as a result of their childrens long standing gender identity issues. They have been able to support each other and their children through the difficulties and truma that gender issues commonly bring to families. They have identified a need to form a support group to aid other families, children, and teenagers in similar situations.
