Monday 22/2/99
Got up. Went out. Felt alright about going out today.Went to library, got asked for my library card which I didn't expect, got agitated. Sweated but got books.Got a news paper from across the road.No Problems.Came Home
Decided to get a take away pizza. Phoned before hand to avoid waiting. Went OK. Came home, watched TV. Had a couple of cans.
Tuesday 23/2/99
Went to mums. Thought some man kept looking at me. Stayed on train though. Kept my cool this time.
The train platform on the way back from mums was very crowded. Started having bad headache and shaking. I reckoned I could of handled it but decided to walk to Jims instead. Walked home from there.
Wednesday 24/2/99
Went down the road. Felt agitated in shop because of quewe. Had to leave.Came back home. Today's a bad day.
At home. Feel really Ill. Got diarea.
