Notes:
All the class were refitted with equipment similar to the later Amethystses. An extra pair of
torpedo tubes have been added, as have a DMUX-20 suite and a DSUV-62 towed array.
Casabianca:
Casabianca was refitted between 1992 and 1994. She is in service with the French Navy.
Emeraude:
Emeraude was refitted between 1994 and 1996. She is in service with the French Navy.
Rubis:
Rubis was refitted between 1991 and 1993. She is in service with the French Navy.
Saphir:
Saphir was refitted between 1989 and 1991. She is in service with the French Navy.
