K377 was commissioned in the Northern Fleet. During trials, the lead bismuth coolant was allowed to solidify. The reactor was removed and the submarine was soon scrapped.

Initially it was planned to dump the reactor in deep water, but the London Convention prevented this, and it has been stoored at Gremikha.
