Beam = 7.75in Length = 29.5in

Weight including batteries = 3lb 13oz (after addition of all detail)

ORIGINAL MOTOR = Mabuchi RS-540SH 25 Turn
4.5-12V, 17,500rpm no load, 15,080rpm @ 5.93A = 50W
(ran at over 100'C before fitting water cooling)

CURRENT MOTOR = Graupner Speed 600 race 7.2V approx 120W

Propshaft = Ripmax 300mm long 4mm diameter inner shaft

PROPELLOR = Graupner 455.1 2 blade 30mm diameter, 40mm pitch GRP

ORIGINAL SPEED CONTROL = M.tronika Marine15, performed OK but got very hot, untill a feather became stuck in the propellor, the 37A stall current of the motor fried the controller instantly, much smoke was produced, luckily I had just fitted the cowl vents and could see the smoke exiting soon enough to bring it in and disconnect what was left of the controller.
Perhaps a fuse would be a wise investment...

CURRENT SPEED CONTROL = Overlander Marine ESC-50 with BEC
(50Amp Forwards 20A Reverse)
or Msonik Marine 40, 40A foward and reverse, water proof, water cooled (not PT proof as it too has blown up...).

RUDDER CONTROL = Futaba FP-S148 servo

TRANSMITTER = HiTEC Ranger IIN

RECEIVER = HiTEC HP-2RNB with 4-AA cell 700mAh NiCd pack

POWER SUPPLY = 7 sub-C cell pack NiCd of 2000 to 2400mAh
