The plan was carefully photographed using a Canon 300D digital camera. The frames and keel were then edited and drawn in Photoshop, printed on A4 ink jet paper and stuck to the ply with a Prit stick Keel is 6mm ply inner with 6mm Oak stem and Redwood edging and assembled using ZAP epoxy Frames are 1/8th ply Assembly jig on right has slots cut at frame station spacing with the depth adjusted to follow the deck line

After the 305mm stainless steel prop tube was set in the keel it was assembled with the frames in the jig. Keel parts and assembly jig cut on a table saw, frames with a band saw
