The plan was carefully photographed using a Canon 300D digital camera. The frames and keel were then edited and drawn in Photoshop, printed on A4 ink jet paper and stuck to the ply with a Prit stick

Keel is 6mm ply inner with 6mm Oak stem and Redwood edging and assembled using ZAP epoxy

Frames are 1/8th ply

Assembly jig on right has slots cut at frame station spacing with the depth adjusted to follow the deck line

	30 November 2004 After the 305mm stainless steel prop tube was set in the keel it was assembled with the frames in the jig. Keel parts and assembly jig cut on a table saw, frames with a band saw

	02 December 2004 Half planked Planking is 3mm balsa - medium hard - cut into 6.0mm strips and shaped as required to follow the hull line. All frames and planking set in place with ZAP thin cyano
	23 December 2004 Fully planked, starting work on the deck and hatch. Two layers of glass reinforced plastic have been applied to the hull.
	09 January 2005 Test fitting of internals Checking layout and C of G.
	12 March 2005 Hull construction completed. Deck planked in 2mm by 6mm Lime with black card between.
	12 March 2005 Hull construction completed. Redwood rubbing strips fitted and final coat of polyester resin applied.
	16 March 2005 Fitting Out. Redwood bulwarks fitted, resin rubbed down and grey primer applied.
	16 March 2005 Fitting Out. Some of the deck fittings temporarily appled.
	16 March 2005 Bow detail. Early stage of detail application, winch from wood, deck light from styrene, companion way from 2mm by 6mm Line, taberbacle from brass sheet.
	16 March 2005 Stern detail. Deck house from 0.38mm ply faced with 2mm by 6mm Lime.
	19 March 2005 In the test tank. Floating on the required waterline with no ballast, receiver battery pack in the bow to achieve correct level sit. No Leaks!
	19 March 2005 Maiden Voyage. Sailed very well.
	19 March 2005 Maiden Voyage. Maiden voyage went on long enough to flatten the receiver battery, so we had to stop, no problems at all.
