Built : 2000 Span : 50 in Engine : OS40FS Surpass Brian Price plan Although balanced precisely as required on the plan, this was a very twitchy maiden flight and Peter did well to keep it flying. Have now added about 7oz lead and it is ready to be flown again . Not much better. Following an email from a chap in South Africa I made him a present of the airframe.Hope it behaves better in his sky.( Note - learned later that it was stolen on route to him) |

Built : 2000 Span : 39in Engine : Electric DF Kyosho ki - ARTFt Bought with proceeds from the Acro Wot sale. It flew as built with no trim changes required. Only change I made was to follow the SMC recommendation to use a 9.6v Sanyo 2000 flight pack. The motor very quickly lost power output, - sold at local bring and buy. |
