Coombe House Gardens will be opened for the National Garden Scheme in 2002. Details to follow.

Coombe House is an old house with a garden built by Colin Wells-Brown in 1993 and now beginning to show maturity. A walled formal garden, hebaceous boarders and romantic shrub garden, and an elegant grass garden in all some two acres, with delightfull views and ambeiance,

some tender and unusal plants,
vegetable garden,
orchards,
nut walk,
water features and pergolas,
and views to a green elysium.

Coombe House, Bove Town is at the top of a steep hill above Glastonbury High Street. the house is situated approimately 1/4 mile from the town. There is very limited parking nearby so it is advisable to park in the main car park next to the Town Hall and catch the Tor Bus which will stop outside.
