All clients are given a free no obligations consultation where the client's wishes and expectations of the extensions are discussed. The consultation takes approximately 30 minutes and must be completed before any hair extensions can be ordered. No hair extensions will be fitted on the day of the consultation. Every client is treated on a private and confidential basis. After the consultation a 50% deposit is needed to book the hair extensions appointment.
