1. Upon receipt of the above
form, we will email you to confirm receipt and to clarify any details.
2. Once we have created your site, we will email you again so that you may inspect
your site.
3. If we are obtaining an email and web address on your behalf, we will also let
you know your email address and URL.
4. Please email any changes you require within 10 working days of our informing
you that your site is ready.
5. Ambica reserve the right to refuse any changes that it deems unreasonable.
6. Once you are happy with your site, please email us to that effect and we will
send an invoice to your company address.
7. Ambica will also submit your site to search engine sites (see our Search Engine Links page for a list).
8. Ambica cannot guarentee that your site will be accepted by these sites as that
is totally at the discretion of each site.
9. Also, please note that some sites (especially the more popular ones) can take
a number of weeks to process your submission.
10. Payment must be made by company cheque within 30 days of the invoice date
to Ambica's registered address (see our Home page).
11. Once payment has been received and the cheque cleared, you will be sent your
site password so that you or authorised persons can access your site.
12. Failure to abide by the terms and conditions above may result in your password
not being allocated and your site being removed from the internet.
