Andy's Bad Day
Sunday 25th July.
5.00am The sun is shining, the birds are singing and Andy is going on holiday :-)
What a glorious day.

5.10am Crash Bang Wallop and another bloody car alarm going off.
Andy is not impressed. Hadn't gotta wake up for another four hours!!!
5.11am SHIT - THAT'S MY BLOODY CAR ALARM.
Grab glasses (not enough time to put contact lenses in) start down stairs.
Fiddle sticks - just realised I'm not exactly wearing a lot - back up stairs for a
dressing gown.

5.12am Looks for the nice Red Mazda 323F GTi - Not there....
Oh dear, there it is. My, my, I'll be able to park in smaller spots now.
That kind gentleman, who's parents were of course married by the time of his birth,
has managed to shorten by car by two feet. Unfortunately only on one side :-(

5.13am The kind gentleman expresses his sadness at not being able to shorten BOTH sides.

5.20am The good old boys in blue arrive, eager to sort out the mess (mainly because its nearly
knocking off time)

5.25am Ambulance arrives to take away the wife and baby who were passengers (but
apparently should not have been).
6.10am Everyone has gone leaving Andy and a neighbour to sweep the remnants of the rear
windscreen off the road and pavement before Andy's beloved bike gets a F*&$£@G
puncture.
9.10am Andy has waited patiently! for the recovery people to arrive to cart away the mangled
remains of his recently departed companion of 5 years, but upon contacting the
insurance company again he is told that the recovery company are not answering
the phone right now - BLOODY 23.5 HOUR RECOVERY SERVICES always
needed when they are on their bloody half hour break!!!!!!!!!
9.15am From here on Andy is trying to sort out NOT going on holiday today and also
starts to look for another car that he can call his own.
And 'What was it that made such a mess?' I hear you ask

The End (not really - just the bloody beginning - now gotta argue till blue in the face about
what I think the value is and what the insurance company think it is worth.)
To Be Continued........
