"The grim temple is perched high and desolate atop the Mountain of Yggnomir, within the Goblin Mountains chain, and can only be reached by a long, winding, treacherous path. Within dwell the cultists that worship the storm god Nok-Atir. The people of the mountains leave the temple well alone, and no one dares to interfere with their terrible and chaotic rites. Still, the people of the mountains lose their wives and daughters to the cult and do nothing…

 Your daughter has been taken from you. Your mountain village was raided by warriors from the cult and three women, your daughter amongst them, were taken to the temple high above, perched on the very top of the mountain. People taken to the temple are never seen or heard of again, yet the cultists are too powerful to resist. Their warriors are hardened mountain men and some of the cultists are believed to be magicians. No one can stand against them, and no one tries. Reaching the temple alone is tricky, and even if one were to gain entry, once inside, death would swiftly follow.

  Yet, you cannot sit in your cold mountain village and do nothing. Your home seems cold and empty without the smile and warmth of your precious daughter. You have some skill with weapons, and you vow to do what you can. If you cannot steal back your daughter by force, you will do so by stealth…"
