Edgerton lake is a well matured tree lined lake holding a good head of larger than average fish.It is situated in the Cheshire village of Cholmondley just off the A41 & A49 near Whitchurch. It is a day ticket water with night fishing & season tickets available.It holds carp,tench,rudd,roach and very large crucians.Tickets are £5.00 and available on the bank.

And here he is with it safely netted and on the bank. A lovely conditioned fit fish. Ian also caught 5 more carp and gave me a total blathering. He actually lost more than I hooked! Which probably serves me right for giving him a hard time after me beating him on my first try with the pole a few weeks ago.
