I have created this blog using freeware only and utilising free services available if you look around the web.

I came accross a freeware video editor called videospin which may be of interest, it seems very easy to use.

The only dowside seems to be codecs. It gives a free trial to certain codecs for two weeks so may be a pain, but used in combination with some of the other freeware I have listed ( eg WinFF ) it should prove a good option for some.

I have been frustrated somewhat in embedding a live stream of my webcam. I wanted to host it from my home, but it does not seem as easy as it sounds. After exploring several solutions, my recommendations are -
VLC - very good piece of free software capable of doing most of what you might ever want it to do.
Yawcam - Very simple webcam application that will even forward the ports for you as it is UPNP compatible.
Stickam - One of the easiest solutions for streaming for the novice.
