"Le Nil"  Paper Museum Angouleme was a centre for the paper industry and cigarette rolling papers.  Rizla (Lacroix) at one time had a factory here .  The former Le Nil factory is now the Angouleme Paper Museum which keeps much information on rolling papers - indeed, 1988 is dedicated to this subject with many exhibitions taking place.  One of the lectures concerns the role of Egyptian images in cigarette rolling papers.  Apart from Le Nil (The Nile), Egyptian images can be found at EFKA, GIZEH and other German papers
