Rumpelstiltskin
In 1925 the Danish artist Kay Nielsen produced twelve beautiful, full colour, illustrations for an edition of Grimms' Fairy Tales. It is those illustrations, together with their accompaning stories, which are reproduced here. The head and tale pieces, and decorated initials, are by the French artist Pierre Courtois.
