Car Pot

It contains a couple of interesting obstacles, the Letterbox and Baptistry Crawl, which help to maintain the quality of the formations at the bottom of the pot. This is a photographic record of a ladder descent of the pot made by British Aerospace Caving and Potholing Club on the 18th April 1982.

I went back to have a look at the letterbox a few years ago, and wondered how I ever managed to get down it, so I will have to content myself with the photos of the formations from now on.
