Premiere Tutorial 5: Filters

Users of Photoshop will know all about filters, they are add ons which can alter the picture, whether still or video, and can create strange effects or correct a clip which has poor colouror sound.
Select a clip using the black arrow on the timeline
Select the filter dialogue from the menu and select a filter, either by doubleclicking or clicking on the Add button.

Most filters will have special menus to alter various settings for the filters. Use these and then press OK to set the effect, you can then add more filters over the first.
