Brief Description: Graphic Simulations updates their original F/A18 Hornet with a Korea scenery area and support for 3d graphics cards iMacs & G3's will require an update from their web site to use the ATi cards). It can use 3d graphic cards to enhance the scenic effects, but it will also run smoothly on a non-3d Mac (though it will require a Power Mac). The weapon systems and flight dynamics are all acurately portrayed and the terrains are terrific. There are buildings, bridges, roads to blow up, and a range of enemies to shoot out of the sky such as Russian MiGs and helicopters and if you get a little bored you can shoot down some civilian DC-10's. The airports are well created with taxiways and signs. You can create your own missions with the mission editor or download others from the Graphic Simulations web site. Be prepared for a long learning curve due to the complexity and accuracy of the radar and weapons systems. All in all a fantastic sim.

Graphics/Sound: Using the latest version/patch will enhance the scenery by adding scenery textures. Although these are not satelite based like the Fly! scenery, they are still a lot better tahn the original flat scenery.
