What is it?

An SE70 Sound Processer

What does it do?

It alters audio signals digitally, allowing echoes, reverbs, 'alien voices' and altering the pitch of an audio signal.

How do you use it?

Adjust the signal strength dial on the left so the red lights do not flicker

Dial the centre knob until you locate the effect you want (look in the LCD panel for the number or title of the effect).

Push in the knob to turn the effect on, a little red light will come on, pull out to turn it off.

Misc.

This is the easiest effects unit to use in the studio and all the students like the 'chipmunk' voice (no 72 & 73) where it makes the voice sound much higher.
