For a period of nine months I took part in the national Young Enterprise scheme. As a member of a group of 17 students we set up a company, calling ourselves ëAmberí. We developed a range of hand-crafted products and over the time we held sales, organised community events and took part in competitions. I took on the role of ëCreative Directorí and as a result my work focused on designing and making products and working on our exhibition display for competitions. The experience was extremely rewarding as it gave me an insight into the role of art in business, taught me new skills and was also great fun!
