Synopsis: A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away......... ......and so the legend lives on!! The long awaited PREQUEL arrived at our screens with all the subtelty of an elephant, but what a film. The jedi fights were great, as was the pod race. All in all a great film to set the scene for the future films. Its strange to see Darth Vader as a child, and as a good guy. Darth Maul was quite evil, and of course the 2 heros of the films, R2D2 & C3PO.

Points of Interest to Film Studies Students: The previous films were heavily reliant upon animatronics (robots or puppets) whereas this film relied upon todays computer graphic technology (CG). The battle scene near the end was virtually all done on computer, none of the charactors were real. |
