Synopsis:
This was a game show, (based on a French version), where a 'runner' (Anneka Rice) would travel via helicopter (yep, another helicopter show!), to locations directed by contestants in a studio who were solving cryptic clues. The programme had a cult following and ran for several years. Anneka was later replaced by Annabel Croft, a young energetic professional tennis player, but the series was ended and replaced with a series called 'The Interceptor' which again used helicopters but the viewers could not understand the show and so it too was replaced with "The Crystal Maze".

I enjoyed Treasure Hunt becouse of the views of Britain from the air, the excitement of trying to beat the clock, and also becouse I wanted to be the cameraman, Grahan Berry, jumping out of helicopters and running after Anneka Rice! What a cool job !!
