Across the Alps, from Geneva to Munich: you take off from Geneva LSGG
directed to Aosta LIMW. You have to cross the Alps, near the top of its
highest peak, Mont Blanc (15.000ft). The fix named Banko is between Mont
Blanc and Aosta. Next, from Aosta you go to Locarno LSZL, which I suspect is
the airport N of Milan, at the end of the lake, that you mention. From
Locarno you can continue to Bolzano LIPB, in the heart of the beautiful
Dolomites (eastern Alps). Then from Bolzano a short hop to Innsbruck LOWI in
Austrias lovely Tirol, here we have the luxury of an ILS. Then you cross
the Bavarian Alps for a final flight to Munchen EDDM. This flight can be
done with an ATR-42 for exemple.
