UFO's

The date was June 1947, and an American pilot, called Kenneth Arnold, was searching for the wreckage of a commercial aircraft thought to have crashed in the Cascade Mountains region in Washington State.
He never found the wreckage, but what he did observe made him a celebrity over night.

High above the Cascade peaks, Arnold observed nine shining disks moving about the sky in close formation. His description of each disk as moving "like a saucer skipping across water", was elaborated on by an inventive journalist who coined the phrase "flying saucers" in his description of the event. In recent years the more accurate term of UFO, to describe these events, has been coined.

Since that event "Flying Saucers" have caught the public imagination and, it would seem, there had been many reports even before that time. In January 1878 a Texas farmer observed fast moving object in the sky "looking like a large saucer". It was, however Arnold's sighting become the talking point.

Since Arnold's observations there have been many more alleged sightings of UFO's along with descriptions of abductions by 'Aliens' life-forms from other worlds. There has also been accusations of a 'cover-up' on the matter by various western governments. Whatever is the truth it would seem that there is quite a large amount of evidence available that indicates strange goings on taking place. Much of this information can be found on various sites "on the WEB" some of which I have listed later.

One of the more interesting stories is that Aliens were observed on the moon by Neil Armstrong and "Buzz" Aldrin during the historic 1969 Moon landing. The Aliens were reported to have told the astronauts to keep of the moon. I include the report full report in the following link.
