Accommodation The cottage has been
renovated from a traditional dales barn into a self - catering 2 bedroomed holiday cottage. It has full central
heating, which is included in the letting price. Bed linen and towels
are provided free of charge. There is a Payphone on
the premises. It is positioned on the
edge of the village with a wonderful open view of the countryside in this
area. Hillcrest can accommodate
up to 4 people. There is parking for 2 cars. The accommodation

Downstairs:- A relaxing sitting
room with colour T.V.( freeview
) video / dvd player. From this room you can look
out and enjoy the scenery or walk out onto the patio area where there is a
stone seat and garden bench. The fitted kitchen with
dining area is fully equipped with most amenities, cooker, fridge, freezer,
washer/dryer, microwave, toaster etc. |

Upstairs:- One double bedroom
and one twin bedded room, both rooms having a built in wardrobe, they also
each have a dressing table and set of drawers. Duvets and bed linen are
provided free of charge. The bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the accommodation. |
Letting prices:
£210 per week for low season. £310 per week for mid
season and £390 per week in high season for 2010.
Short breaks are available in low season.
