The map names about thirty places in Cornwall and about fifteen coastal features.

Roads shown are:
1. Newport via Camelford, Padstow, St Michael, Redruth and Pensance to Lands end.
2. From the Devonshire boundary via Leskard, Lestwithiel, Grampound, Truro and Pensance to Lands end.

The Looe and Tamor rivers are named on the map, and several others are shown but not named.

Second state

The imprint is unchanged.

About eighty place names and names of coastal features have been added.

Two roads have been added:
1. From the boundary with Devonshire at the Tamor river opposite Plymouth via E. Looe, W. Looe, Foweyand Tregony to join the Lands end road just south of Truro.
2. From the boundary with Devonshire near Stoackland to St Michael via Leskard and Bodmin.
