First state

The map names thirty-five places in Lincolnshire and four outside the county boundary.

Roads shown are:
1. From Hull in Yorkshire, across the Humber river into Lincolnshire, and across the county to Market Deping via Barton, Glanford Bridge, Lincoln, Sleford, Fokingham and Bourn.
2. Boston to Spalding.
3. Newark in Nottinghamshire via Grantham to the Northamptonshire border.

The Humber, Trent, Ankem, Fosdich, Witham, Glane, Nene, and Welland rivers are named.

Second state

The imprint is unchanged.

In the left-hand information panel the fair dates for Boston have been changed to April 23. & July 25. (previously July 25. & Nov: 29.).

Third state

The imprint is unchanged.

About twenty place names have been added to the map.

Two roads have been added:
1. Lincoln to Grimsby via Market Rasen.
2. Lincoln to Newark in Nottinghamshire.

P. OF RUTLAND S. with dotted line boundaries added between Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Dotted lines have also been added to mark the Nottinghamshire/Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire/Leicestershire, Northamptonshire/Cambridgeshire and Cambridgeshire/Norfolk boundaries.

In the left-hand information panel the entry for Boston (which was previously on two lines) has been changed to:

Fairs April 23 July 25. & a Mart which
begins the 30 Novomb. & holds 9 days.

Alford Market Tuesday. has been changed to Alford Market Tu. Fair Whitsun Tues.

Beckingham has been erased and replaced by Burgh Markt. Thurs. Fair May 1.

Dunnington Market Saturday. has been changed to Dunnington Market Sat. Fair May 15.

Horncastle Market Sat: Fair Aug:10. has been changed to Horncastle Markt Sat Fairs June 11 Aug.10

Tattershall Market Friday. has been changed to Tattershall Market Frid. Fair May 3.
