Imprint:
Publish'd by the Proprietors T. Badeslade & W H Toms Septr. 29th. 1741.

Scale: English Miles. (10 = 31mm)

The map names seventeen places in Oxfordshire and two outside the county boundary.

Roads shown are:
1. From the boundary with Warwickshire via Chipping Norton, Islip and Tetsworth and on into Buckinghamshire.
2. A branch from the road between Chipping Norton and Islip to Henley via Woodstock, Oxford, Abingdon in Berkshire and Nettlebed.
3. A road crossing the north of the county from the Warwickshire boundary, where To Stratford upon Avon is engraved, via Banbury to the boundary with Northamptonshire.

The Sorbrook, One, Swore, Ouse, Evonlade, Bur, Charwell, Luenhold, Windrush, Isis and Thames rivers are named.

The compass rose is a simpler design than those on the other county maps.

The imprint is unchanged.

About seventy-five place names have been added to the map.

Roads added:
1. Banbury to Lechlade in Gloucestershire via Bloxham, Newton, Chipping Norton, Shipton, Burford, Sinet and Poggs.
2. Banbury to Bladen via Adderbury and Deddington.

PART OF GLOUCESTER SHIRE has been engraved on the left hand side of the map and Gloucestershire/Warwickshire and Gloucestershire/Berkshire dotted line boundaries have been added. A Warwickshire/Northamptonshire boundary has also been added and the Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire boundary has been extended.

The compass rose has been altered to match those on most of the other maps. This change is shown below (first state on the left).
