A Registration and Awards evening was held in the pavilion at Bromley Cricket Club on Friday 28th March

 

The following awards from the 2007 season were presented by James Butterfill (Captain of Bromley 1st XI) -

The Under 12 Player of the Year Award to Tareiq Holmes-Dennis

 

Bromley Cricket Club Colts are the junior cricket section of Bromley Cricket Club - one of the leading cricket clubs in the South East of England

 

The Colts provide a friendly environment in which promising youngsters are given the opportunity to pursue their goal of developing into top class performers

 

The first class facilities on offer, combined with quality coaching, create a winning formula that has, in previous seasons, seen Bromley Colts win Kent's top youth cricket tournament on a record 6 occasions

 

Since 2004, Bromley Cricket Club have been running a Senior (15 to 19 years old) and a Junior (10 to 14 years old) Academy which includes specialist coaching from ECB qualified coaches.  During the winter, from December to March, Bromley Cricket Club have a joint venture with Colfe's School running the academy

 

Bromley Cricket Club have recently received from the Jack Petchey Foundation an Achievement Awards Grant for young people aged 11 to 25 years old. The Achievement Awards will be given over a 12 month period, with the winners nominating a sum of money to be spent on projects or equipment within the Colts section.  Each month's winners will be displayed on this website and around the Clubhouse, along with details of the project or equipment they have selected
