Any Other Business
- It was discussed about subsidizing entry into Sheerness Steels Kent
Classic next year but this was not favourably thought upon.
- Members voted that the AGM be held straight after the monthly meeting
for December on Wednesday 13th December. It was hoped that the Treasurer
could prepare the accounts in time but if this was not possible draft
accounts would be acceptable for future agreement. To ensure there was
enough time to conduct business it was proposed to start the meeting
at 7.30 pm. D Tree informed the meeting that he would be unable to stand
as Chairman next year so a new Chairman would have to be appointed.
Members were reminded to think about any rule changes the club needed
to bring in and the need to think of venues for next year.
There being no further business the Chairman closed the meeting.
