These were distributed and accepted as a true record.

Matters Arising

Secretary and President still to meet to put together a history of the club
Treasurer still to obtain a new mandate form for the Club account as the original has been lost by the bank.
N Sharrocks to bring in remainder of new set of monthly trophies for distribution.
J Mann reported Sportscast UK will be taken over by Sea Angler and insurance details are still to be confirmed.
Species match was successfully run.
Secretary to put reminder in newsletter about sweatshirt order..
Bar b que was a success.
Sealed length envelope competition was not run.
Secretary to still to write to NFSA about request for members names and addresses.
Medway 3 man league and flattie league would not be run until later/next year

The match was decided to be fished at Deal Pier on Sunday 14th October fishing from 09.00 - 15.00 The pick up point will be at the Water Pump Teynham on the A2 at 08.00.

1. N Sissons to get e-mail address from D Curtis of Hope fishing club for secretary to send newsletters to on Friday

2. R Hills thanked club for his 70th birthday card

3. N Sissons thanked club for card and cake for Bradley

4. It was reported that the clubs scales were not on the beach at the last match

5. Members discussed a photo board to encourage members.

6. There was no report on the last fishing trip in the East Kent Gazette

7. Club may have to move room or date of December meeting as the Ivy Leaf Club was booked for another event on 12th December
