The minutes of the previous meeting were accepted as a true record.

Matters Arising
1. Mark Hammond had no more information on Freshwater Holiday Park near Chesil Beach
2. Secretary gave order for sweatshirts and sample garments to Mark Hammond to send back to Wellbeck Sports.
3. Badges - no further information.
4. Boat trip with Hope Fishing Club Sunday on 10th November was enjoyed by those attending although a crew member took one of the best positions on the boat. Next trip is on Saturday 7th December. To book one of the 6 places and for more details contact Jason Mann by 29th November. Cost £15 per person supply your own bait.
5. Members entering the Kent Classic on Sunday 24th November agreed to meet up at Irwins Loop lay-by on the A249 on the Island at 08.45.
6. Chairman and Secretary to look for Pairs points results compiled up to September for distribution to members.
7. Presentation evening - members present agreed to a committee to be set up to present their thoughts to the club on arrangements for the event. Secretary to circulate a form for members to indicate whether they would like a buffet or sit down menu this year. The Billet had kindly offered to lay on a buffet for £5 per person, last years sit down at the Billet was £15 per person and the Coniston Hotel would offer similar sit down prices. Members were offered free kids meals last year and the price was discounted by £5 for members. If the same was done this year it could mean that a buffet could be free to members. Members were asked to give their opinions by the next meeting.

November Match

Rodney Clifton raised a point that some members were unable to attend monthly meetings and as such were missing out on the opportunity to vote for proposed venues. It was raised that any one could suggest venues for matches which would be put forward at meetings. Members decided for the January match 2 venues would be decided at this meeting which would be notified to members in the minutes. This would give the opportunity for every member to vote for one of these venues by notifying their choice to the Chairman, Secretary or another member attending the next meeting on 11th December or by attending and voting themselves as usual.
Members voted that the venue for January will be either Dungeness or Medway City Estate. All members were asked to let the meeting know their choice.
