Extra Ordinary Meeting Minutes 19th March 2003

An Extra Ordinary General Meeting of Blue Circle (Sittingbourne) Sea Angling Club was held at the Billet Pub, Sittingbourne on Wednesday 19th March 2003.

Members Attending
N Sharrocks, R Butler, M Hammond, K Hammond, K Moran, J Mann, N Sissons, D Sissons, S Sissons, A Greatorex, D Sandy, A Price, J Padmore and C Skillen.
Apologies

J Allen, D Allen, R Hills. C Clifton phoned secretary before start of meeting to inform him that the Cliftons would not be renewing membership to club this year.

Minutes of the Meeting
The meeting had been called and notified to discuss the reinstatement of awarding a point for Angler of the year when members attended club meetings.

Members voted to reinstate the point for seniors attending meetings but not for juniors as it was thought that as meetings usually ran on too late for juniors to reasonably attend all meetings.

There being no further business the chairman closed the meeting
