Monthly Meeting Minutes 19th October 2005

A meeting of Blue Circle (Sittingbourne) Sea Angling Club was held at The Beauty of Bath on Wednesday 19th October 2005.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The minutes of the last meeting were accepted as a true record.

Matters Arising
1. Ray Hills still to report back on his enquiries to see if Saturday 11th February was available 6.30 for 7.00 pm start at Milton Bowls Club.
2. Simon Heathfeild had obtained a key for the Dungeness gate and had copied and handed out car sticker and copy of rules.
3. Insurance renewal letter had been passed to Kay Hammond for payment but secretary did not know if it been sent off yet. [Post meeting note: insurance renewal has been received by Secretary]
4. Secretary still to contact Nigel Sharrocks about club property.
5. Simon Heathfield presented the trophy donated to the club by Darren Sandy's parents. Members decided they should be invited to the Presentation Evening as Guests of Honour to present the trophy.

Any Other Business
1. Jason Mann showed details from Imagez-UK embroidery and printing that could be used for club sweatshirts etc. JM to try and get a sample of their products and find out if sweatshirts are available in yellow.

There being no further business the elected chairman closed the meeting.
