AGM Minutes 3rd January 1976

The Annual General Meeting of the Blue Circle (Sittingbourne) Angling Club was held on Tuesday Jan 3rd 1976 at the Works Club.

Mr R Hills was elected into the Chair for this meeting.

The Minutes of the 1975 AGM were read and accepted.

Arising from the minutes the Secretary reported that the 3 hook rule was now being used, the club name had been changed and the rules cards had been printed and distributed to members.
The Secretary also reported that monthly matches had been well supported in 1975 and that fish had not been plentiful but some fish had been caught in all matches.

The Secretary presented his financial report which was approved by the meeting.

An Election of Officers produced results as follows:-

It was confirmed our presentation of awards shall be on Tuesday February 3rd at the Works Club.
Two new members were admitted to the Club Mr David Gates & Mr Kevin Hodges.

There being no further business the Chairman thanked the members and closed the meeting.
