Minutes March 26th 1985

A meeting of Blue Circle (Sittingbourne) Angling Club was held at Mr R Bunting's house on Tuesday 26th March. Members present were as follows: - J Tarrom, R Bunting, M Bunting, R Hills, P Davison, D Harris, B Waller and J Harris.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and after a correction i.e. the winner of the last match to read C Meader not K Meader were confirmed.
The match was fished by 9 members at Sandhills on Sunday 24th March. Members attending were D Harris, B Waller, D Tree Snr, D Tree Jnr, J Carr, C Meader, K Meader, J Padmore and R Bunting, one fish was caught the match being won by K Meader.

Matters arising the secretary brought to the notice of the members the fact that the club has no insurance due to with drawing from the NFSA. Members present decided to look around for the cheapest third party insurance, a decision to be made at the next meeting.

Members present voted to continue to fish to the NFSA rules.

The April venue shall be Hythe on Sunday 21st fishing from 08.00-16.00 pick up at 07.00.

There was no correspondence.

There was no other business the chairman closed the meeting.
