BYT needs sponsorship. YOU need to promote
your products or services.
So, we can help each other.
The trustees and committee of BYT are proud of their success in promoting theatre and the performing arts to young people in West London. We are proud of our ex-members who are now making their way in the show-biz world, and we are always pleased with the favourable publicity we receive. We are financially self-sufficient in normal running, but welcome sponsorship, assistance or small donations in order to enable us to carry out special projects such as listed below.
Could you sponsor a performance of a major show?
For a very reasonable donation, we can offer a foyer display for the week of
the show, with the chance to be visible to over 2000 theatre-going people, to
acquire good seats for the show for clients or friends at favourable rates, and
use of the boardroom for an evening for private hospitality. (and, of
course, an entry on our sponsors page as an 'angel')
We occasionally enter competitions or festivals, at NATIONAL LEVEL.
When we do, we need to find transport and accommodation for the children
teenagers and their chaperones, the director, and the MD.
In addition, we need to find and transport the correct props, costumes, scenery etc. Can you supply or transpost any of this equipment? Does your company have hotel or hostel accommodation that we could borrow? Are you in the entertainment, travel or transport industry? If so we'd love to hear from you.
Could you help sponsor a World premiere of 'The MANDROID'?
The MANDROID is a rock musical, currently unpublished. It is an excellent piece
of work which is very much in keeping with the 90's. It has a good pedigree and
could be big! With a little assistance we may be able to stage this at a major
festival, perhaps even Edinburgh. We'd love to do it, and feel it would be an
exciting project, but it's a bit too big for us to undertake without your help.

Brighten up uour annual report!
We can provide photo-opportunity sessions to help demonstrate the caring side
of your business. Would your shareholders or colleagues be impressed by photos
of the chairman meeting the kids whose show he has sponsored, or even just by
knowing your (their) company is associated with sponsorship of the arts?
BYT offers the chance to invest in young people, to
invest in the future of the performing arts and to invest in some of the stars
of the future. We are proud of our success, just as you are proud of your
success. We can benefit each other.
