Where is Beddgelert?

Beddgelert is situated in the Snowdonia National Park which occupies much of the North West corner of Wales.
The map below is colour coded into seven basic tourist or holiday regions, I have marked Beddgelert prominently and as you will see it lies pretty well in the centre. All other place names marked on the map are, at present, there purely to allow you to get your bearings and to enable you to find a route to Beddgelert.
