Ann Bennett was born in Kent in about 1777-8.1
She married [C3] Joseph Jarvis on the 23rd January 1804, at St Peter’s, Thanet. Among their children were: Charlotte Eleanor (1807), William (1810), Mary Eleanor (1811), [C2] Samuel Hugh (1814), Elizabeth (1818), and Joseph (1825); all but William were born in Kent; Charlotte Eleanor, Mary Eleanor, Samuel Hugh, and Elizabeth were baptised in Chatham.2
In 1841 'Anne' Jarvis lived with her family at Yew Tree Cottages, Chatham.3
She died on the 16th May 1850, after 12 hours of sanguineous apoplexy, in Whittakers Street, Chatham. She was buried in Chatham on the 23rd.4
