Stormtrooper Helmets - The Family Tree Since the question often comes up as to how the different helmets are "related" to each other (e.g. the Screen-used RotJ to the ANH Helmets), as well as the genealogy of the various replica helmets, I've put together the following table which attempts to explain this graphically. Note that this is NOT about accuracy, its merely indicates how each helmet came to be. I've removed the dotted line which was previously used to highlight significant changes (such as the ANH -> RotJ helmets) since it was a contentions issue. Note that there has been a LOT OF DISAGREEMENT over the lineage of several of the helmets in this tree, not least the AA/SDS. I'll therefore update as facts emerge.
