We plan to extend our 3-bed semi by converting an existing shed and a garage and putting up a lean to conservatory. The current garage is built from a concrete slab kit, screwed together and probably not very old. Dismantling that should not be a problem, but selling will most likely be one. The new lot will extend into the garden about 2.5 meter further, than it currently does. And that shall be the depth of the lean to conservatory.
