The aim of the Group is to promote the enjoyment of Slide Sound Sequences produced by either conventional or digital photography. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month September to May. We arranges lectures and workshops covering all aspects of sequence making, from simple beginnings to full visual sound presentations. Annual competitions are also organised, and assistance is given to enter Regional, National and International Competitions. Guidance towards the RPS Slide-Sound Distinctions and the PAGB Awards for Photographic Merit in AV is also available. A varied social programme is organised at which a friendly and congenial atmosphere will be fostered. We aim to inform and inspire as well as entertain.
