Statement of Purpose |
The Hierarchy is externalizing, but is not
finding the active workers it needs who recognize their presence.
Too many workers are caught up in esoteric lore, or preoccupied
with their own needs. The Hierarchy is looking for workers who
are deeply involved with humanity, yet also aware of Them and
willing to cooperate.
It is important for all of us to deepen
our connection to and interaction with humanity and its next steps
in consciousness, to focus on the Plan and to strengthen our recognition
of, and connection to the Hierarchy.
It is essential for us to link together
in consciousness as a worldwide group as much as possible, as
the Hierarchy needs a united world group to carry out the Plan.
This group can infuse the new energy into the work, as we are
associated and linked with many different groups.
In working with the will at this Conclave,
we must ensure that there is a balance with Love and Intelligence,
as there can be no descent of the Higher Will without the presence
of these balancing principles.
Inner Goals of the Conclave:
1) Members leave inspired to work in a more
focussed way to stimulate and guide human consciousness towards
recognition of its own divinity and recognition of the existence
of the Hierarchy of assisting Lights.
2) Members are strengthened in their will
to stand in spiritual being and be the energetic bridge between
the Hierarchy and the NGWS -- so that communication and contact
between these centers is fostered.
3) Members develop links of love, respect
and joy in being together that strengthen the recognition of the
worldwide esoteric brotherhood that is implementing the One Work
everywhere.
4) The development of an actively engaged,
committed discipleship group, subjectively and objectively linked,
capable of carrying the new energies into the work and to humanity.
5) The performance of duties and tasks,
as perceived by the group, that contribute to the Externalization
and the Reappearance of the Christ.
